Striking the opponent while he’s down. Another ground oriented hold that is comprised of taking your opponent to the ground using a throw or a takedown move and then striking him after you attain the upper position, very often striking him until he is unable to continue the fight.

Illegal maneuver in most competitions, the head is used to strike your opponent, usually in the face or head.

A class of weight in MMA which is in the weight range between 205 pounds and 265 pounds.

Heelhook:
A very dangerous hold that often provokes a submission, it is also, though dangerous, quite popular. Pressure is applied to the heel and then the knee is twisted at the joint.
