Bellator champion keen on fight with Henderson

Bellator middleweight champion Hector Lombard has admitted he would be keen on a fight with Dan Henderson in Strikeforce.

Henderson is expected to fight for Strikeforce at an April event on CBS, but the fight, event and his opponent is yet to be announced.

“I would sign that contract today,” Lombard told MMAjunkie.com. “Dan Henderson is a great fighter and a legend in the sport, but I know I have the skills to beat him.”

“U.S. fans have only seen a little of my abilities,” Lombard added. “Fighting and beating Dan Henderson would let me show the world what I’m capable of.”
