Blackledge looking forward to UFC debut

Tom Blackledge is looking forward to his UFC debut against James McSweeney at the O2 in London.

Blackledge and McSweeney did both feature at The Ultimate Fighter 10 series together.

Blackledge told Fighters Only Magazine: “Fantastic, I’m so excited to fight at the O2. I’ve been there cornering for Mike [Bisping] and Paul Kelly, so I know the venue, and it’s good being able to fight over here. I haven’t fought in the UK in quite a while.

“I didn’t see much of him on the show, because we were training at different times. I’ve watched his fights…his stand up is decent and he’s got a little bit of Jiu-Jitsu, but I don’t think there’s anything going to cause me a big problem. I’ll get some guys in to emulate him, and it should be good.”
