Cantwell may never fight again

UFC president Dana White has revealed that Steve Cantwell may never fight again.

Cantwell was set to fight Vladimir Matyushenko at the UFC 108 at the MGM Grand, but was forced to pull out of the fight.

“Cantwell has some medical problems, and he might not ever fight again,” White said.

The 23-year-old has 7-3 in his pro career but has just 1-2 since joining the UFC back in December last year.

The UFC failed to find a replacement to face Matyushenko, something that forced him off the event.
