American TV giant, ESPN, are set to clinch a deal with the UFC to screen fight cards in the UK, according to The Sun.
ESPN will broadcast UFC’s biggest events, including the upcoming UFC 101 next month.
The UFC have been searching for a new broadcaster following the collapse of Setanta in June.
UFC 100, earlier this month, was screened on the defunct Racing World channel.
The Sun’s ESPN source said: “We’re on the brink of having lots to share, just waiting for the ink to dry on a couple of things.”
UFC have refused to confirm a deal, but a source close to the discussions told The Sun: “You’ve got good ears” when asked for a comment on the deal.
