British fighter Terry Etim admits he is hoping to get a fight against a big name, following his win over Justin Buccholz at UFC 99.
Etim struggled for much of the fight against Bucholz, but managed to finish things with a darce choke, that also saw him win the $60,000 Submission of the Night award.
“I hope so, I think this is the biggest win of my career” he told Setanta Sports.
“All credit to Buchholz, he caught me with a great shot in the first round, but I managed to hang in there and then get to round two where I got a nice sub.
“I can remember the shot, I knew I’d been hit – he broke my nose but I didn’t completely black out.
“A lot of people haven’t seen me like that, it’s not a good thing, but it’s kind of good to come from behind and show I can take a hit.
“I hope I get a big fight now, but I’ll keep taking each fight as it comes, I’m still 23 so I’ll get back to the gym and await the next fight.”
