British fighter Dan Hardy believes Lyoto Machida and Matt Hughes will win their fights at UFC 98.
Hardy, who has spent time on a training camp in the US, will fight Marcus David at UFC 99.
“I’ve got Machida taking the main event. Although saying that, I really want to see Rashad win it,” revealed Hardy to Setanta Sports.
“Machida’s a great fighter, very elusive, he’s definitely one for the MMA purists.
“But I like Rashad. He’s still got a lot of room for improvement, he’s a great athlete, but I’m taking Machida by unanimous decision.”
He continued: “Matt Hughes v Matt Serra is going to be awesome. They’re both at a similar level, both not at the top of their game anymore.
“It’s going to be an interesting fight. I’d love to see Matt Serra win, but I have Matt Hughes to take it.
“But then you don’t know how good Serra will be off his back. He’s a good Jiu Jitsu player, maybe he’s got something for Hughes there.”
