Henderson confident he can beat Anderson

Dan Henderson is confident he can beat Anderson Silva after having watched the Brazilian beat Forrest Griffin at UFC 101.

Henderson is expected to be next in line for a chance at the middleweight belt that ‘the Spider’ currently holds.

“Style-wise, it just wasn’t a good fight for Forrest,” Henderson told Mike Straka of Fox Fight Game.

“They’ve already announced I’m fighting him next,” Henderson said. “I’m going to beat him up.”

Henderson has long been recognized as the No. 2 middleweight in the world.
