Hughes ready to buy a ticket to see Liddell fight

UFC legend Matt Hughes is ready to buy a ticket to see Chuck Liddell fight again.

Hughes admitted that he was surprised to hear claims that UFC president Dana White could force Liddell to retire from The UFC.

Liddell still has one fight left on his contract with The UFC, according to his long-term trainer.

“I think there are so many people out there that would pay to watch Chuck fight again, including me,” Hughes wrote in his official blog.

“If Chuck still has a desire to compete in The UFC, I hope they give it to him.

“I was really surprised to hear Dana say that if Chuck didn’t have a good performance he might not be back in The UFC.”
