Hughes wants new UFC deal

Matt Hughes is keen on a new contract with The UFC, following his victory over Matt Serra at UFC 98.

Hughes wants to talk with UFC president Dana White about a new deal as he is currently a free agent.

But the former two-time welterweight champion insists he will not consider fighting for another organization.

“I feel like I’ve got another fight in me,” he told Setanta Sports after his victory over Serra.

“I’m currently a free agent, but I will never fight anywhere else. So me and Dana need to talk.

“A fight with one of those two guys would sound very interesting to me.”
