Kimo is not dead

Kim Leopoldo’s attorney, Victor E. Hobbs, insists the 41-year-old MMA fighter is not dead.
Kimo was reported to have died from a heart attack on Monday and TMZ.com, The Huffington Post, USA Today and New York Daily News all carried the story.
But Yahoo Sports’ Kevin Iole has talked to Leopoldo’s attorney and he confirmed that reports of the MMA fighter’s death is ‘untrue’.
Hobbs said: “Kimo has surfaced and that is all I know right now.”
Leopoldo is reported to have appeared at the Orange County Sheriff’ Department to address the rumors of his death.
