Lashley to fight for MFC

Former WWE wrestler Bobby Lashley will fight for Canadian fight show Maximum Fighting Championships in May.

Lashley has won both of his bouts thus far and will at the MFC 21 event face Mike Cook (7-3).

“Bobby Lashley is a phenomenal athlete and a very impressive fighter who wants to make a big name for himself in mixed martial arts,” said MFC owner Mark Pavelich. “He is a very exciting prospect and he will get a monumental opportunity to break into the spotlight at MFC 21.”

The MFC 21 event will take place on Friday May 21st.
