MMA superstar Chuch Liddell is still considering his future in the UFC, according to his long-time trainer.
Liddell has lost four of his last five fights after being knocked out by Mauricio ‘Shogun’ Rua last weekend.
UFC president Dana White has insisted that Liddell’s last defeat was his last fight for the UFC.
Liddell’s trainer John Hackleman insists the fighter has not made a decision yet and still has one more fight left on his current UFC contract.
“It’s going to be done when Chuck decides it’s done and we sit down somewhere on the beach probably in Hawaii and just say you know what it’s done, then we’ll decide,” said Hackleman to KSBY.com.
“Not after a fight that he got stopped by one of the best fighters on a planet, that’s not the time to decide if it’s done or not. He’s been ko’d twice in his entire life. It’s not time to retire because of that.”
