Mir hits out at Fedor’s management

Veteran heavyweight fighter Frank Mir has blasted Fedor Emelianenko’s management for not letting the Russian fight in the UFC.

Mir believes that Fedor would prefer fighting in the UFC instead of at Strikeforce, who he recently signed a contract with.

He told MMA FanHouse: “His management team, I think, is the reason he can’t do what he wants to do. …

“I think everybody, every morning should wake up with something to prove. The minute you think you don’t think you have something to prove, retire, go home and disappear.”
