Ortiz will be ready for Liddell

Former UFC champion Tito Ortiz insists he will be ready for the fight with opposing ‘The Ultimate Fighter 11’ coach Chuck Liddell this summer.

Ortiz is ready to withdraw from the fight if he does not feel that he is up to the task.

“I know I won’t take this fight if I’m not ready for it,” Ortiz told MMAjunkie.com.

“I guarantee that. I’m not going to do that again. I’ve done a lot of favors for the UFC, and I shouldn’t have fought that fight (with Griffin). I shouldn’t have, but I did. I’m not going to let my fans down again.”
