Shields yet to sign with UFC

UFC president Dana White insists that Jake Shields has not come to terms with the UFC.
“Not true,” White wrote via text to MMA Fighting when asked to confirm the Shields signing.
Graciefighter.com reported on late Thursday evening that Shields had signed a deal with the UFC.
“Jake Shields will be debuting at the 170lbs weight division in the UFC. After careful consideration and consulting with UFC representatives it was determined Jake would be finally going back to his original fighting weight,” the announcement said.
Shields is still expected to sign a deal with the UFC in the near future.
