Silva vs. Akiyama set for UFC 116

A middleweight bout between Wanderlei Silva and Yoshihiro Akiyama is set to take place at UFC 116 in Las Vegas, according to Fighters Only Magazine.

Sillva, who was born on July 3rd 1976, will turn 34-years-old on the night he faces Akiyama in Las Vegas.

The fight was first reported to take place at the UFC 115 event on June 12 in Vanvouver, British Columbia, Canada.

UFC 116 is expected to take place on July 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada.

UFC Heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar is set to headline the UFC 116 event, but an opponent for the former Wrestling star is not yet confirmed.
