Smith ready for rematch against Radach

Strikeforce middleweight Scott Smith admits he would be open to a rematch against Benji Radach, but feels the fighter needs to earn it.

Radach has claimed his fight with Smith was topped prematurely and called for a rematch.

“I would be open to rematch fights,” Smith told MMAjunkie.com Radio. “I know Strikeforce was talking about Benji even before [the Le] fight.

“I would like to see Benji go out and get another win. His last fight was a loss to me, so I think it would make more sense for him to go get a win and build it up more. But if I was in his spot I would definitey want a rematch as well, so I think that fight definitely makes sense. It could be a couple of fights down the road, though.”
