Swick vs. Hardy set for UFC 105

UFC president Dana White has confirmed the fight between Mike Swick and Hardy will take place at UFC 105.

The UFC 105 event will take place on Nov. 14 at the M.E.N. Arena in Manchester, England.

Hardy told UK newspaper The Sun: “Sometimes an opportunity presents itself and you have to jump at it. Swick is a tough fight for anyone in the division — that’s what makes this fight so exciting.”

“I’m the underdog again, which is what I prefer. I get the chance to step up again, put a beating on a ranked and respected fighter and prove the doubters wrong – for a fourth time. I’m going to keep tearing up the division, all the way to the belt.”
