UFC 97 Awards and Bonuses

Several fighters left Montreal and the UFC 97 with a $70,000 check, following their performances at the Bell Centre on Saturday Night.

The fight between Sam Stout and Matt Wiman won the bonus at UFC 97 for the best fight of the night.

Mauricio Rua’s left hand that sent Chuck Liddell to the ground, not only won Shogun the match, but it was also named the knockout of the night.

Krzysztof Soszynski’s shoulder lock on Brian Stann earned him the submission of the night award.
