UFC get 20 Affliction fighters

The UFC has picked up around 20 contracts from the Affliction MMA organisation, that collapsed earlier this month.

A source who is working for a company that is  leading sponsor of UFC fighters told Fithers Only Magazine that the UFC has “picked up 20 Affliction fighter contracts”.

“Names to be announced at UFC press conference on Friday,” he added. “Exciting times for MMA.”

Fedor Emelianenko is not expected to fight in the octagon in the near future as the Russian will only fight if the UFC are willing to co-promote with M-1.
