UFC veteran could return in April

Matt Hughes could make his return to action at an UFC even on April 10, 2010.

Since Hughes lost for the second time against Georges St. Pierre at UFC 79 in 2007, he has only fought once a year.

There have also been reports of a possible retirement, but those were put an end to when Hughes signed a new multi-fight deal with the UFC in September.

“I’ll tell you later who and where when I find out for sure if it is confirmed,” the 36-year-old wrote Monday evening on his official blog.
