Walker looking forward to his second fight

Former NFL star Herschel Walker admits he is looking forward to having his second professional fight.

Walker, who has a 1-0 MMA record, is set to fight on Strikeforce’s December 4th card that will be headlined by a bout between Dan Henderson and Renato ‘Babalu’ Sobral.

Stikeforce has yet to announce who Walker’s opponent will be.

“I’m looking forward to getting back in the cage again at Strikeforce and to be fighting on the same card that Dan Henderson and Babalu will be fighting on,” Walker said.

“They are two superstars of the sport so it’s a great feeling to be fighting alongside them.

“This is a great sport. I want to bring more attention to it so I can show people that. It’s a human chess match. I’ve always loved martial arts and that’s why I’m doing this.”
