UFC president Dana White insists he has no plans of letting British fighter Paul ‘Semtex’ Daley return to the UFC.
Daley has several times since his exit stated that he expects to return to the Octagon one day.
Daley was axed by the UFC after attacking Josh Koscheck after their bout at UFC 113.
“‘You just had a chance to fight him for 15 minutes, and now you’re going to suckerpunch him after the fight?’ It’s disgusting. I hate that. I have no respect for that whatsoever. I know some people out there disagree with me, but this is a sport,” White was quoted as saying by MMA Junkie at the post UFC 118 press conference.
“There’s a lot of things that I’m lenient about, but to walk up and suckerpunch a guy in the face that you just had 15 minutes with? When you’re a fighter, and the fight ends and you’re walking around calming down and relaxing, the last thing you expect to do is get punched in the face by someone. It’s disgusting. I hate it.”
