Better than slippers!
This is a goo dproduct; a simple slip-on footwear that endures better than most slippers. I wouldn't wear them out inthe snow certainly, but for 'around the house' they are perfect. I have a friend who wears them in his house to reduce wear&tear on his hard wood floors.

Service so bad it didn't exist
They withdrew payment from my account, but never delivered the product! To this day (a couple of months later) I have been able to receive no compensation, regardless of my efforts.

Odor
We love the product, but they need to do something about the overwhelming moth ball odor. Terribly strong and impossible to get out.

No ankle support, not mat safe
Don't think about using these for training. They have no ankle support and you can hurt yourself using them. They also are not firmly attached to the foot so the slipping can also cause injury. My instructors have told me that they are not mat safe and can cause them to tear. I use them around the house but they are slightly worse then regular flip flops because of the thin sole support.

Watch out on sizing
These shoe sizes don't really correspond to normal sizes. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and finally have ordered a 7 after getting shoes too big/small a couple of times. After ordering there's no online record of what size you've ordered, so keep your receipt if you order the wrong size. Returns incur fees plus shipping, which ends up so close to the original cost as to not bother.
On the other hand, the shoes are a good product.
