Product Description: As programs ranging from Kolchak: The Night Stalker to, well, Night Stalker have proven, it's difficult to scare TV audiences on a weekly basis, but Supernatural seems to broken the trend. Not only has its blend of Route 66 and The X-Files provided some of the more chilling TV moments in recent history, but its core story--two brothers, Sam and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki) battle the forces of evil to avenge their late mother--has been compelling enough to warrant a second season, which is compiled in its entirety on this six-disc set. Season Two maintains the show's "Monster of the Week" approach while adding compelling layers to the main characters and their history; in "What Is And What Should Never Be," a djinn offers the boys a glimpse of how their lives might've played out had their mother not succumbed to demonic forces, while the two-part "All Hell Breaks Loose" brings the season to a close with not only a rift between Sam and Dean, but the gates of Hell swinging open to unleash monstrous spirits. And if that's not enough of a creepshow for you, the boys also encounter a cannibal clown ("Everybody Loves a Clown"), seductive demons ("Crossroad Blues"), a town gripped by mass psychosis ("Croatoan"), as well as a barrage of ghosts, vampires and werewolves. If it's chills you want, the second season of Supernatural has them by the score. There's also a wealth of extras on the Complete Second Season set that should please longtime fans and help newcomers catch up with developments since the show's debut. Informative and entertaining commentaries are featured on three episodes: "In My Time of Dying" (by Ackles and Padalecki), "What Is And What Never Should Be" (by series creator Eric Kripke), and "All Hell Breaks Loose, Part 1" (by Kripke, writer Sera Gambles, and director Robert Singer). There's also a featurette on "All Hell Breaks Loose Part 2" that offers observations by the cast and crew on the season as a whole; viewers should note that the 11-minute short is difficult to find and is accessible only after accessing "The Devil's Road Map," a virtual tour of the places (and monsters) visited throughout the show's history. Padalecki's screen test for the role of Sam is also included, as well as three webisodes about the writers, visual effects and props for the show, and an amusing gag reel. -- Paul Gaita

5 stars Even better than the first season
I bought Season 2 before I'd even seen all the episodes. How much higher of a recommendation can I give? This show just keeps getting better and better. The story arc is intense and emotional, but there's enough humor and action to make it fun to watch. The only downside for me is a lack of an ongoing love interest. I really thought it would happen with Dean and Jo. I thought they had a great chemistry, but alas nothing came of it. Anyway, buy Season 1 and 2- you won't regret it.

5 stars RECIEVED PROMPTLY & IN GREAT CONDITION
I RECIEVED MY PURCHASE PROMPTLY & IT WAS IN GREAT CONDITION. I APPRECIATE THE SMOOTHNESS OF THIS TRANSACTION.

5 stars Season 2 delivers a Supernatural Sequel
I just can't get enough of the bad-@$$ Winchesters, the hot rod, the music, and of course, the plot thickens and boils over. This season of Supernatural delivers some of the best episodes produced for this show (so far). I don't want to spoil it, so I will just say, "TOO COOL!!" Season 2 continues the Winchesters' pursuit of evil, including the evil inside of themselves...

5 stars My new obsession
I had already loved the show, but I started watching it towards the end of season 2 and because the episodes were so scarce on tv, I decided it was time to go back to my roots. I watch about a disc a day, which is saying alot since you an rarely catch me at home, but I've made time like it's a new relationship! This show is perfect and I'm telling everyone about it! Each episode is a one hour movie. I think I'm gonna have Supernatural viewing parties, that way I don't have to loan them out, lol!! I'm hooked!!! Just AMAZING!!! Oh and let me not slight amazon.com! My favorite place to shop, period. I never EVER have a problem and I get my products, the closest thing to, immediately.

5 stars Two Supernatural Guys
I just love this show, this is the first show after The X-Files and Buffy that got me hooked. The story telling is just simply brilliant, you can tell they have some of the same writers as the greatest shows on television. I really love to watch the story unfold.

Besides that the SE and the settings are amazing. Some of the SE and settings make me think of the days of The X-Files. How I much that show.

And of course I can not forget to say something about the Winchester Boys. Oh how I love them. The strong relationship they have. I can feel it. It's the same bond I have with my younger brother. I really can relate. The emotional part that is. And of course those two guys are just candy for the eye.

Can't wait for season 3 to arrive on dvd.
I will import it straight away from The U.S.A.

A supernatural tremendous show!
