Good For Light Home Practice
I bought two of these to use at home for striking practice on my heavybag, and they're great for that. The end caps come off easily, so I just left them off. And the foam covering tends to move around from use, but easily move back into place. They take a lot of abuse and the core is firm enough to let me strike a hard as I like, without tearing up my heavybag.

Excellent substitute for toy swords for your children. Don't waste your money on toy swords-they don't hold up and they are expensive. Also, this item is alot safer than a toy sword since it is padded.
Excellent practice Escrima as well, don't know how it will hold up over time yet but it seems to be well constructed.
There was no dragon on the one I received but that wasn't a big deal.
