Every product of Steve is great, this book is no exception. I guarantee that if you read this book and take his subliminal program of not eating junk, you will stop eating anything junk and your weight will be controlled without any apparent effort from you. I know because my friends have tried this and it worked with everyone of those. If you are worried about your health or weight and have tried many options without must success, read this book. It might change your life for ever


3 stars Borrowed at Library
This book is very short & sweet with b&w photos. The idea is easy. Take a food that you love & notice where you feel the most excitement about it in your body. Take a food you hate & notice where you store the hate in your body for it. Then switch the two feelings in your mind. It's very simple theory & an exercise for the mind. It's so fast to explain, he repeats himself in an overview another time & the same b&w photos are printed again to make the book bigger.
The question is, can you feel in your body where you you get excited/hate? Tongue, throat, stomach, chest? I could not & I am very, very sensitive to energies such as other people's emotions, or reactions to herbs, food or drugs. And will you keep doing it everyday for 3 min a day?
I didn't & instead only remove 1 bad item (cookies) or one whole category (candy bars, anything w/artificial ingredients, white floured baked goods, dairy, anything w/table sugar) from my diet at a time so I lose the body memory/craving of what it tasted like.
That way works for me for many pounds over the years along w/substituting w/items not as "bad" such as all natural granola bars, dried fruit or low fat popcorn or baked chips which worked great. I am now happy with fruit or vegetables as a snack, I don't have any body cravings, and rarely hungry as long as I don't cheat with anything of the above to bring back the cravings.
